Founder & Director Mediator
Andrea has acted as a professional in conflict prevention and resolution since 1990. She has experience in a wide variety of situations ranging from mediating neighborhood disputes to designing conflict management systems in international organizations. She has a special interest in bridging cultural differences, and lectures on cross-cultural mediation at several universities. She has led training for women on negotiation and conflict resolution at Samson Belair Deloitte Touche, advised on conflict prevention and resolution for agencies such as the Canadian International Trade Tribunal and the Commission for Environmental Cooperation (NAFTA).

Sylvie is an accredited mediator by the Institute of Mediation and Arbitrage of Québec and by the Centre of Mediation and Arbitrage of Paris. She has had extensive training in Non Violent Communication as well as in group meeting facilitation. She works part time as a Senior Manager in the Corporate responsibility and sustainability services for Samson Bélair / Deloitte & Touche where she provides consulting and audit services as well as training on environmental and sustainability aspects for companies and communities.
Eugenia Esté is a creative mind and an entrepreneur. She holds a master's degree in Social Communication and studies in Social Science. She is also an expert in public communication of science and technology. As a project manager, she has experience in social innovation and corporate social responsibility. In Montreal, she studied graphic design. Eugenia is a techno enthusiast. She has a keen interest in design thinking and innovating.
Jean has served as mediator, investigator, and facilitator in several fields: in union-management relations, organizational and relational conflicts, psychological harassment cases, dismissal of upper management personnel, insurance claims, contractual and commercial conflicts, and grievance mediation. He has held political offices in both public and private administration; most notably as mayor of a municipality; also as Chair of Administrative Boards, such as one for regional economic development.
